✔ Ensuring homes for everyone – with three quarters of new homes that at sub-market housing costs. 

✔ Creating ‘Reside’ properties – offering an alternative to lower income families, where a couple both on living wage can afford virtually all the 1,2 and 3 bed Reside housing stock.
